Thinking of the beach is what keeps us motivated & hopeful during this very challenging time of social distancing & home quarantining.
But, once this ordeal is over, let’s hit the beach...RUNNING, because it might just be the very best thing to do!

Just arriving at the beach gives you a sense of relief. Stepping out of your vehicle, inhaling the salty air & observing the water is enough to change anyone’s mood!
The combination of the sun, water & sand have a calming effect which washes over your entire body.

While you soak up the sun and dig your toes into the squishy sand, the serotonin levels in your body begin to increase (serotonin is that awesome hormone that keeps us happy and relaxed).
