Just picture this: You are sitting on the beach listening to the ebb and flow of the waves, while inhaling the smell of the sea. You are looking into the water...how does that make you feel?
Chances are you are feeling rested, restored, and recharged.
When we spend time by the water our minds are sent into a restful, almost hypnotic space.
As scientists continue to study the blue space there is more and more evidence that spending time at the beach, the lake or any other body of water boosts your mental health.
